Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscription Policy 1. Payment Terms • The monthly subscription fee is due on the date it is purchased of each month. • Payments must be made in full . 2. Subscription Duration • The subscription is valid for the calendar month it is purchased. • Membership automatically renews each month unless canceled per the cancellation policy below. 3. No Refund Policy • All payments are non-refundable, including cases of missed practices, games, or personal scheduling conflicts. • Refunds will not be issued for early cancellations, injuries, or other unforeseen circumstances. 4. Cancellation Policy • To cancel the subscription, written notice must be provided at least [7/14] days before the next billing cycle. • Cancellations made after the billing cycle begins will apply to the following month. 5. Code of Conduct • Participants must adhere to the program’s rules and respect coaches, teammates, and opponents. • Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund. 6. Weather/Rescheduling Policy • In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen events, the program will make every effort to reschedule games or practices. However, no refunds will be issued for cancellations beyond our control. 7. Liability Waiver • By enrolling, participants and their guardians acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the sport. A signed liability waiver is required before participation. 8.
